An assignment may procure ANHOR’s professional brokerage or commercial support directly. Where the underlying purchase is fuel supply or transport, performance rests with the contracted supplier, shipowner or operator. ANHOR’s role is defined by the written mandate and the procedure’s terms; ANHOR does not personally guarantee fuel supply or transport performance.
Send the scope and timetable
Include the subject, relevant services or lots, participation requirements, clarification and submission dates, submission method, available documentation and the role requested of ANHOR. Corporate and commercial qualification information can be provided on request. Eligibility and participation are assessed for each procedure.
