Companies provide a ship-specific FuelEU report to the verifier for the preceding reporting period.
Verification by 31 March
The verifier records the compliant FuelEU report, verification report and the calculated compliance information in the FuelEU database.
Pool by 30 April
Where pooling is used, the selected verifier records the definitive pool composition and allocation by 30 April. The pool must remain positive and allocation constraints apply.
Document by 30 June
The FuelEU document of compliance is issued by 30 June where the conditions are met; penalties, where due, are paid on the statutory timetable.
